Ardara Dining Chairs Pair

The Ardara Dining Chairs Pair is a pair of oak dining chairs, each measuring 45 cm wide, 51 cm deep and 105 cm high, with a crossed back and an upholstered seat pad.

Sold Two at a Time, Which Is How Rooms Fill

Chairs are bought in even numbers and boxed in twos, so the price here is for a pair. Four around a smaller table, six or eight around an extending one: the arithmetic is simple and nothing arrives on its own. Buying them separately from the table also means a bench can take one side and chairs the other, which seats more people in the same length.

Padded Seat on an Open Frame

The back is built as a cross rather than a solid panel, so a row of them along a wall does not close a room in the way slab-backed chairs do. The seat is upholstered and padded, which is what decides whether people stay at a table after the plates are cleared. At 105 cm the back carries above the shoulder. Solid oak in a medium oak tone, matched to the dining tables.
