Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus Primer Sealer 2.5 L

The Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus Primer Sealer 2.5 L is a cationic, water-based primer, sealer and stain killer for interior and exterior jobs. It gives the adhesion and stain blocking usually found only in solvent-based primers.

One Primer for Water, Smoke and Tannin Stains

The formula resists re-wetting, so it blocks water-soluble stains and seals oil-soluble stains, and it can go straight over water and smoke marks. It contains a biocide that protects the dried film in bathrooms and laundry rooms.

Sticks to Hard-to-Paint Surfaces

Use it on glossy surfaces, ceramic tiles, aluminium, galvanised metal, vinyl, melamine, varnish, uPVC, wood and masonry. It dries in 30 minutes and can be recoated in 1 hour. Brushes and rollers are in our paint supplies range.
