Soft Grey Velvet Drum Lamp Shade 30 cm

The Soft Grey Velvet Drum Lamp Shade 30 cm is a drum-shaped lamp shade in soft grey velvet, measuring 20 cm high and 30 cm in diameter.

Plush Fabric Shade for Living Rooms and Bedrooms

Plush velvet in a muted soft grey adds texture to living rooms and bedrooms. When lit, the fabric gives a warm, diffused glow rather than a harsh light, and the grey works with both cool and warm colour schemes. The classic drum shape suits modern and traditional lamp bases. Soft grey sits easily with white, cream, blush pink, navy and green, so the shade suits most bedrooms, living rooms and hallways. The velvet adds softness to a room with lots of hard surfaces, and it looks well paired with a ceramic, glass or brass lamp base.

Reversible Gimbal for Ceiling or Lamp Base

A reversible gimbal lets you use the shade as a ceiling pendant or on a table or floor lamp base, so it can move from room to room. It takes a bulb of up to 60 W, which is not included, and weighs just 0.3 kg.

The same shade is also available in olive and orange velvet. Browse our homeware collection for accessories to match.

Before ordering, check that the bulb you plan to use is 60 W or below, and that the gimbal suits your lamp base or ceiling fitting. If you want a bolder look, the same shade comes in olive and orange velvet, and two shades in different colours can link a room together. It makes a simple, affordable way to refresh a lamp you already own.
