Scatterbox Cushion Inishmurray Natural DS

The Scatterbox Cushion Inishmurray 35x50cm Natural DS is a scatter cushion in a cotton herringbone, made in a single size of W35 x L50cm.

The Same Face on Both Sides

The same cotton-rich herringbone is worked on both sides of this one, so there is no plain reverse to hide and either face can be turned out. The weave carries small irregularities across its width where the thicker lengths of yarn were left in rather than combed out.

Why Quiet Faces Work in Pairs

A cushion with two good faces is the one to put on a seat people walk around, because there is no wrong way to leave it. It belongs beside a wool throw rather than a smooth one, and it holds up over a rug that already has a design in it.
