Ravenhead Selected Footed Trifle Bowl 20 cm

The Ravenhead Selected Footed Trifle Bowl 20 cm is a handmade footed glass bowl for trifles, salads and desserts, measuring 20 cm across. It is made by mouth-blowing and sits on a raised foot.

Glass Dessert Dish for Layered Puddings

Each bowl is mouth-blown using traditional techniques, and the clear glass shows off every layer of a trifle, from sponge and jelly to custard and cream. It works just as well for fruit salads and green salads.

Build a classic sherry trifle in it with sponge, fruit, jelly, custard and whipped cream, and the clear glass lets every layer show from the side. It suits Eton mess, layered cheesecake pots, chocolate mousse and fresh berries in summer. Outside of desserts, use it for a potato salad or coleslaw at a barbecue, or fill it with oranges and clementines on the kitchen island.

Christmas and Easter Table Centrepiece

The trifle is a traditional part of Christmas and Easter in many Irish homes, and a footed bowl makes it the first dish people notice on the table. At 20 cm across it serves a family gathering without taking over the table. Because it is mouth-blown, small variations in the glass are part of how it is made. Add the matching Ravenhead jug for water or punch.

The raised foot lifts the bowl above the table, making it a centrepiece for Christmas, Easter and family celebrations. It pairs with the matching Ravenhead jug for serving drinks. Discover more in our serveware collection, or browse our kitchen and dining range.
