Lying Dog Ornament

The Lying Dog Ornament is a decorative figure of a hound resting at full stretch, with long floppy ears and a glossy dark brown finish. Its relaxed pose and smooth sheen bring a bit of warmth and personality to shelves, hearths and windowsills. This dog figurine is a charming decorative ornament for the living room, hallway or a cosy study.

Resting Hound Figurine with Glossy Brown Sheen

Set it on a hearth, a bookcase or at the foot of a staircase where it looks as if it has settled in for a nap. The rich brown tone sits well with leather, tweed and warm wood. See our home decor for more pieces with country-house charm.

In a country or classic living room it looks well beside a fireplace, a wicker basket of logs and a tartan throw. On a bookshelf it adds a playful touch among books and framed photos, while on a hallway console it gives visitors a friendly welcome as they come through the door.
