Finishing Paper That Delivers Flawless Surface Results
A staple abrasive paper of craftsmen, Finishing Paper is available in a range of grades and is variously used for sanding between coats to give a good adhesion key, removing surface blemishes or scratches prior to a final coat of paint, varnish or stain, and surface polishing. Suitable for use by hand or with machine sanders, it can be used dry like traditional paper or wet to minimize surface dust, which is especially important with the finer grades. Note that it is not suitable for removing previous coatings or first stage timber sanding - for these more aggressive sanding tasks use aluminium oxide paper instead.
