Embroidered Celtic Cross Hanging Ornament

The Embroidered Celtic Cross Hanging Ornament is an 8 cm cross decorated with colourful embroidery and supplied with a forest green satin ribbon for hanging.

Embroidered High Cross Decoration

Celtic high crosses still stand on old monastic sites throughout Ireland, and the great stone crosses date from the 9th century. This small embroidered version brings the same shape into the home. Browse more Irish-made gifts.

Hang it in a window, on a door handle or on the Christmas tree.

The ornament measures H 8 x W 7.6 cm, so it is small enough for a Christmas tree branch but still easy to see in a window. The colourful embroidery gives it texture, and the forest green satin ribbon lets you hang it from a hook, a curtain pole or a mirror. It can stay up all year, not only at Christmas.

First Communion and Confirmation Keepsake

Presented on a header card, it is ready to give as a meaningful little keepsake for a Communion or Confirmation. See our gifts.

For a First Communion or Confirmation it is a gift that a child can hang in their bedroom window, and it sits easily alongside a rosary or prayer book in a gift bag. Godparents and grandparents often like to give something small with meaning. It also works for a christening or as a small present for family abroad. Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
