Dog Resting in Armchair Canvas 120 x 90 cm

The Dog Resting in Armchair Canvas is a large painted-style canvas measuring 120 cm high and 90 cm wide. It shows a slim dog stretched out on a green armchair, painted in loose brushstrokes of sage, olive and charcoal. It is a relaxed, characterful piece for a living room, snug or study, and suits classic and modern furniture alike.

Painterly Dog Artwork for Dog Lovers

The scene has a calm, homely feel that will appeal to anyone who shares their sofa with a dog. The expressive brushwork gives the image movement and texture, so it looks like an original painting from across the room.

Greens and charcoals work well with deep green walls, leather, tweed and warm wood.

Large Green Canvas in a Dark Frame

The canvas is stretched over a pine frame and finished with a dark plastic outer frame, ready to hang vertically. At 120 cm high, it fills a wall above a sofa, sideboard or fireplace.

It also makes a thoughtful gift for a new home or for a dog owner furnishing a cosy reading room.
