ardara-cross-leg-extending-table-1-5m
Ardara Cross Leg Extending Table 1.5m

The Ardara Cross Leg Extending Table 1.5m is an oak extending dining table on crossed end frames, measuring 150 cm long closed and 200 cm extended, 100 cm wide and 78 cm high.

Nobody Sits on a Centre Pillar

The weight is carried on an X frame at each end rather than on legs at the corners, which means the middle of each long side is completely clear. In practice that is where the extra person ends up when a meal runs long, and on a four-legged table it is the worst seat in the room. Here it is the same as any other.

From Six Places to Eight

Closed it seats six comfortably and opened it takes eight, with a full metre of width so there is still a clear run down the centre for serving. The crossed frames also read as furniture rather than as structure, which is why this shape suits a kitchen that is lived in rather than a formal dining room. Dining chairs and benches are sold separately; a bench slides under the crossed frames neatly.

Key Features:

Crossed end frames leave both long sides clear

Seats six closed and eight once extended

A full metre wide for serving down the centre

No corner legs to catch a knee or a chair

Benches slide under the frames when not in use

Solid oak with oak veneer in a medium oak tone

Product Details:

Product Type: Cross leg extending dining table

Dimensions: L 150 cm closed, L 200 cm extended, W 100 x H 78 cm

Material: Solid oak with oak veneer

Finish: Medium oak

Capacity: Six closed, eight extended

Care: Wipe clean with a dry cloth

What's Included: Dining table

Delivery:

Nationwide delivery is available throughout Ireland.
