Wrong console table.

The console table is decent quality but it was the wrong colour to the one ordered. It was also delivered at the wrong address. Foys is a good company and would consider using again but they took no responsibility to errors made on this order.

Hi James, sorry to see your review. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of couriers and Fastway left the parcel at an address for you to collect. However, our supplier had an issue that the wrong colours were in the wrong boxes in a particular batch. When you received the oak and black table in error due to the batch fault, you decided that you liked the colour and wanted to keep it. While also getting another one in Grey. Both colours were heavily discounted at the time and we could not do any better on price and you decided when we could not reduce further that you wouldn't go ahead with the order.
